May 19th 10am or 1pm - Fresh Mozzarella

Have fun learning how to make fresh mozzarella at home in just 30 minutes! Fee includes hands on instruction, one gallon of whole milk, laminated recipe, CCC canvas bag, rennet, culture, and cheese cloth. You will have enough supplies to make more cheese at home!
