Bettydon Jerseys/Lake Wolf Creamery, Deer Park, WA
Leana Wolf and Steve Lake operate a small dairy farm just north of Deer Park, Washington. Their family has milked registered Jersey cows there since April of 1957. In early 2013, they started handcrafting specialty cheeses as Lake Wolf Creamery for families and markets in the Pacific Northwest.
Leana and Steve are third generation dairy farmers committed to the highest standards in animal care and milk quality. They treat their all-Jersey herd with the utmost care ensuring the health and comfort of their cows. They are proud to share high-quality, rich milk from their Jersey cows with the community.

Clover Mountain Dairy Chewelah, WA
Stacy and Virginia Thomas farm in Bluecreek, just north of Chewelah, WA. They met and married in 2003 while serving in the U.S. Coast Guard. Stacy retired in 2020, and they started selling bottled milk locally. They soon expanded into making cheese and yogurt.
The Thomas family are first generation dairy farmers. Stacy grew up riding on his family’s milk trucks in Eastern Washington. For many years, they networked with and learned from other dairy farmers. Stacy and Virginia are passionate about small dairy farming and focus on keeping their herd of Jersey cows healthy and happy to produce great milk and cheese.

True North Creamery Northport, WA
True North was founded in April 2020 by the Creach Family (Phil, Em and six children), Tonye Marie Castaneda & Peter Wagner. It is located on the Columbia River near Northport, WA. The Creach family focuses on bringing back small-scale farming while providing locally created goods. They believe in consumers knowing exactly where their food comes from, how it's raised, and what is in it.
The Creach family milks Guernsey cows, as well as raise beef cows, chickens and pigs as they work hard to develop systems that are symbiotic in nature. CCC store is proud to carry their delicious yogurt.

Stauffer Dairy Addy, WA
Brandon and Krista Stauffer farm outside of Addy, WA. Brandon moved to Addy in 2009 to fullfill a lifelong dream of running his own dairy farm. Shortly after, he met Krista at the local farm store, and they married the following year. Brandon’s passion for dairy farming quickly became Krista’s passion as well.
Stauffer Dairy is a first generation dairy farm that milks a beautiful herd of Jersey, Holstein, and Brown Swiss crossbred cows. The Stauffer family is working on producing butter and other dairy products that will be available at the CCC store.
