Learn how to make a quick and useful farmers cheese! A fresh, creamy, crumbly cheese you can use in blintzes, stuffed pastas, crumbled on salads, on crackers, or in lasagna and casseroles. Imagine all the amazing recipes you’ll make!
Fee includes hands on instruction, one gallon of whole milk, laminated recipe, CCC canvas bag, rennet, culture, and cheese cloth. You will have enough supplies to make more cheese at home!
